Accessibility

guestreservas wants everyone to be able to plan a trip with us, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, screen magnifiers or voice control.
1. Our aim
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA, the standard used by European accessibility law.
2. What we've done
- Every page and form can be used with a keyboard alone, with a clearly visible focus outline.
- Form fields have labels, and error messages say what went wrong and how to fix it.
- Text and buttons have strong colour contrast, in both light and dark mode.
- Pages work at any zoom level and on phone screens without scrolling sideways.
- Headings and landmarks follow a logical order for screen readers.
- Colour is never the only way information is shown. The "when to go" table, for example, has text descriptions too.
3. Known limitations
- Some pages we link to, such as Google Maps, are run by other companies and may not meet the same standard.
4. Accessible travel
If you or someone in your group has reduced mobility or other access needs, tell us when you send a booking request. We'll tell you honestly which tours, hotels and visits are suitable and what we can adapt.
5. Tell us about a problem
If you find something on this website hard to use, please tell us. Send us a message, email contacto@guestreservas.org or call +34 960 102 554. We'll reply within one working day and, if you need it, give you the information in another way.
